1.10 Account Deletion
a. Deleting Your Account Through the App
Users may delete their account directly within the Naija Link mobile application by:
- Going to More/Profile Settings
- Clicking Delete Account
- Confirming the deletion request
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days. Some data may be retained where required for legal or security purposes.
b. Requesting Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access your account, you may request deletion by emailing:

We may request identity verification before processing your request. Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 working days.
1.11 Child Safety & Prevention of Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Naija Link has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe community and strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Naija Link platform.
- Any attempt to upload, share, or distribute content involving minors in a sexual context is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently suspended and reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- We actively monitor reports and may review content to detect and prevent abuse.
- Users can report suspicious or abusive behavior directly through the platform or by contacting our support team.
