Violation may result in suspension or termination.

1.3 Community Guidelines & Prohibited Content

To ensure a safe environment, users must not post, share, or engage in content or behavior that includes:

• Bullying, harassment, or threats
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Suicide, self-harm, or eating disorder promotion
• Violence, exploitation, or harmful conduct
• Selling or promoting restricted or illegal items
• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Scam, fraud, or spam activities

Violation of these rules may result in immediate action, including content removal or account suspension.

1.4 Reporting & Moderation

Naija Link allows users to report content or accounts that violate these Terms.

• Reports can be submitted directly داخل the app
• Reports are treated as anonymous to other users
• We review reports using automated tools and human moderation

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action without prior notice.

1.5 Enforcement & Actions

If a violation is detected, we may take actions including:

• Removing content
• Issuing warnings
• Temporarily suspending accounts
• Permanently banning users

1.6 Appeals

1.7 Community Safety

Naija Link provides tools for communication and engagement but does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of information shared by other users
• User behavior or conduct
• Outcomes of offline interactions or meet-ups

Users must exercise personal judgment and safety precautions.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and features on Naija Link are owned by us and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Monthly Subscription

Naija Link offers premium features through a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Naija Link to:

• Charge your chosen payment method
• Automatically renew the subscription each billing cycle unless cancelled

2.2 Pricing Changes

Subscription prices may change. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect.

2.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first billing cycle.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Naija Link account settings. After cancellation:

• Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged further unless you resubscribe

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be issued in specific situations, including:

• Accidental or duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing access to paid features
• Valid refund requests made within 14 days of purchase (where applicable)

Refunds are generally not issued for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Change of mind after accessing premium services
• Account closures initiated by the user

All refund decisions are handled case-by-case.

5. TERMINATION

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

• Violating these terms
• Harassment, fraud, or harmful behavior
• Illegal activities
• Misuse of the platform
• Repeated violations of community guidelines

Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Naija Link is not responsible for:

• User-generated content
• Behavior or interactions between members
• Offline meetings or consequences
• Losses resulting from reliance on community-shared information
• Service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss

You use Naija Link at your own risk.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified via email or platform notice.
